Kandi Burruss was left devastated when she heard the news of her fiancé, Ashley Jewels fatal brawl at the Body Tap club in Atlanta.
He was probably caught in an argument with Frederick Richardson, an employee of The Strip Club, who was often charged for manhandling.
During the argument, Ashley Jewels received a severe blow on his head. He was immediately shifted to the Piedmont Hospital where he breathed his last.
Kandi Burruss, who was recently cast in ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’, a hit reality show, is trying to cope up with his shocking death.
Burruss’s message on her twitter page read- “I could never in a million years imagine this happening. Please pray for A.J’s children…that are who I am the most concerned for. I am about to give my swollen eyes some rest now. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their prayers.”
In spite of her mother’s disagreement, Burruss, an award winning lyricist and singer had a very steady relationship with Jewel.
Although the motive for the brawl is not known, investigations are still on.
