After David Letterman’s bizarre revelation in his late night show, this ‘funnyman’ in his next show apologized for all his flings with his female colleagues over the years.
Although all his relationships had existed before he got married to Regina Lasko, yet the revelations had left his wife very disturbed and ‘horribly hurt’.
He also felt it was his moral duty to apologize to all his female staff for putting up with him in spite of the embarrassment this revelation had caused them.
He added in his late night show on Thursday that if one hurts somebody it becomes his moral responsibility to fix it and he was all set to do just that.
He also wanted to emphasize on the point that all his flings were things of the past and were of no relevance now. He had to disclose them because he was being blackmailed for $ 2 million with a threat of being disclosed to the public.
He also added that, “It’s been a very bizarre experience. I felt like I needed to protect these people. I need to protect my family. I need to protect myself. Hope to protect my job.”
