
With a spectacular launch at Taj West End on Wednesday, the long awaited Chevrolet Cruze finally arrived in its entire splendor, setting aside all speculations that General Motors had postponed the launch to 2011.
With interiors that spell class, style and authority, Chevrolet Cruze is a larger car, with essential accessories, advanced technique and innate features. Its unique push button feature starts or stops the car at a touch.
During the launch, Karl Slym, President and Managing Director, General Motors India, said, “Cruze is the first product from our third-generation 300 series of vehicles. All our future products in India will be a part of the new series.”
Mini-Car Beat, would be the second car from the 300 series to be launched early next year, followed by a Compact Sedan. Slym Further informed that, “There would be
Alternate fuelled vehicles, as well as the electric Spark next year”.
It has a 150 horsepower 2.0 liter VCDI diesel engine, which makes it one of the strongest engines, making driving a pleasure.
Karl Slym, President and Managing Director of General Motors India Private Limited, also informed that three service stations have already been set up while they intend setting up more of them by the end of the year.
