Gears Of War 2 Release Date US

Gears of War 2 has been confirmed by Microsoft video games division as an Xbox 360-exclusive sequel with a worldwide shelf date on November 7th, 2008.

Ahead of the official Microsoft remarks it was confirmed that the original Gears of War sold 4.5 million DVDs worldwide.

“Gears 2 is going to be bigger, better and far more rocking than the first one, which was just a set up for all the things that we are going to see in Gears of War 2,” promises creator Cliffy B after the accompanying Gears of War 2 teaser video that sees the return of Marcus Fenix.
