# Cutscene: Niko Bellic arrives at Liberty City on a ship. Niko’s cousin Roman greets him.

# When you get there, you quickly find out that Roman’s house isn’t the the mansion he made it out to be.
# Achievement: Off the Boat
# Go visit Roman at his Cab Depot. When you get there, a guy named Vlad shows up and tells Roman to pay up the money he owes. Roman schemes to get Vlad’s money by winning it at card game.
# Drive him to the hardware store on Dillon Street, where the card game is taking place. Stay outside and keep a watch out for some Albanians in beige Willard (who are also looking to collect from Roman).
# As soon as the Albanians arrive, call Roman by pressing up on the D-Pad and A. Lose the Albanians and then go back to Cab Depot.
