Joanne Moore was a liberal political activist. She also served some years under the US Rep. Barney Frank as a personal aide. I just got news that Joanne Moore is no more and has died.
When she retired in 1992 she had remarked during her retiring ceremony that she liked working in her present job because it allowed her to cut the red tape and help regular folks.
Besides working for the government in a direct capacity, Joanna Moore also assisted as a library trustee and police commission member. Not sure what all it entails but it shows Joanna was a public personna. May she Rest In Peace.
