From the comic book to the graphic novels – Huge Jackman is making his presence felt. This Oscar winning actor has now been ambitious around a newly conceived project called Ghostopolis, which is a modified vision of an unreleased graphic novel Doug TenNapel. The start date hasn’t been decided for this project yet. Hugh Jackman is planning the character of an agent at the government’s Supernatural Immigration Task Force. Jackman would be seen patrolling in the movie, he would be responsible to track and send the ghosts back to Ghostopolis who have escaped. When a boy, who isn’t dead, is exposed to a wrong world by mistake, Huge Jackman would teams up with a ghost who actually would be his former lover and would set for the boy’s rescue.
This is quite a premature project. Ghostopolis would shape to reality under the Hugh Jackman‘s Seed prods. This is not the only novel that Hugh Jackman is looking forward to develop and produce. He with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and others like John Palermo are getting together to put several comic projects into reality. The start date of the project, the director or the writer has not yet been decided or hired for this Disney based film. Hugh Jackman is still attaching the “May be” with the project as it’s too soon to really comment.
It’s becoming evident with the statistics that are received around Jackman’s movies that he is becoming the hottest property in the Hollywood today. Unlike expected, 47% of the American audiences were women for X-Men Origins: Wolverine. For The Dark Knight 48% of women audiences could still be explained by the Heath Ledger factor and also because the movie was really deserving but explanation around X-Men Origins: Wolverine simply contributes to the fact that women are going crazy for this Oscar wining stud. May be it is the right time for project Ghostopolis to be launched & executed.
